Do you keep items in stock and are your items handmade?
I don’t keep items in stock, and they aren’t handmade in the traditional sense. Every item is made to order through a trusted Print on Demand partner who prints, packs, and ships your apparel once you place an order. This allows me to run my shop as a solo entrepreneur without storing inventory or managing shipping myself. It also helps reduce waste, since nothing is printed until it's needed.
Why does production take longer during the holidays?
During busy seasons like Christmas, order volumes across all shipping carriers and print providers can surge—which may lead to delays beyond the usual processing and delivery times. Since all items in this shop are made to order through my print-on-demand partners, production may also take a little longer than usual.
I always recommend placing holiday orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment. While I can’t control shipping delays, I truly appreciate your patience and understanding during the festive rush—and thank you for supporting a small business during the holidays!
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time: 3–7 business days (U.S. & Canada). International shipping may take a bit longer depending on location.
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number straight to your inbox.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Only if you’re really quick.
Because everything is made to order, I can’t make changes once production begins — usually just a few hours after the order is placed. If you need to update something, message me right away and I’ll do my best to help (but no guarantees once it’s in motion).
What sizes do you carry?
Most apparel runs from XS to 3XL, but sizing may vary slightly by product. Be sure to check the size chart listed on each item’s page before ordering. Not sure? When in doubt, size up and rock the relaxed fit.
What if an order gets lost in the mail?
If your order seems to be missing in action, don’t panic — I’ve got your back. First, double-check the tracking link that was emailed to you when your order shipped. If it looks like your package is stuck or hasn’t moved in a while, reach out to me. I’ll work with my production and shipping partners to help sort it out and make things right.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
Oh no, that’s definitely not how I want your order to arrive. If your item shows up damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. Send a quick message with your order number and a photo of the damage, and I’ll make sure it gets replaced at no extra cost.
What’s your return or exchange policy?
Since each item is custom printed just for you, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for things like sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
That said, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or there’s a print mistake — I’ve got you. Just send me a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll make it right.
Where do you ship?
Right now I ship to the U.S., Canada, and many international countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.
Will my shirt shrink or fade?
Each shirt is printed on soft, durable fabric using high-quality inks. To keep it looking great, wash inside-out in cold water and tumble dry low (or hang dry if you’re feeling responsible). That’ll help your shirt last longer, unlike some relationships.
Why does my shirt smell like Vinegar?
If your shirt has a slight vinegar smell when it arrives — don’t worry, that’s totally normal. It’s caused by a fixation agent used in the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing process to help the ink stick to the fabric. It’s not harmful, and the smell usually disappears after the first wash.
Who makes your shirts?
I create the designs, and once you place your order, my print partner handles the rest, from production to packaging to shipping. I use quality blanks from brands like Bella+Canvas, Gildan, and Next Level, depending on the style.
Do you accept custom requests?
At this time, I’m not accepting custom design requests. I’m a one-woman show, and I focus on creating original designs that align with my brand’s voice and style but I truly appreciate the interest!
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
Not at the moment. Since my production partner handles fulfillment, all items are shipped in standard packaging but you can absolutely send a gift directly to someone by entering their shipping address at checkout.
